I was inspired to begin writing again yesterday and then something amazing happen...NY radio went into "overdrive". Jay-Z released his first single for the upcoming Blueprint 3, Death of Autotune. Needless to say, it's been the most talked about topic today on twitter, facebook and the local barbershops.
The excitement for me, is that Jay-Z is my all time favourite artist, but also, I've been in Miami for two years confined to listening Southern rap...mind boggling! So to move back to New York and be welcomed with a track that just launched the Summer; I'm ecstatic at the moment. I'm not concerned with those haters that are going to go against the grain for sake of not being a "dick-rider". I think this dude is a Genius where music is concerned. This track has more one-liners and jabs than any track he's done in a minute.
